We purchased our windows from Anthony at Moncada over 20 years ago and they are still in amazing shape. After 20 years of my son abusing his window, one of the parts broke, and the window was stuck open after I tried to clean it, with rain in the forecast! I called Moncada, and Anthony was here himself, within 24 hours and managed to get the window closed, secured and has put in a request to have a repair person come out to replace the broken part. Every other window in our home is still in excellent shape, and still performing well, as evidenced in a recent energy audit when we installed our heat pump. Our home is more than 100 years old, so this speaks to the quality of the windows and the installation. I definitely recommend this company.
