First experience with a cleaning service and it was not a good one. I came home and was very unimpressed with the cleaning. I payed for a deep clean and I still had dirty floors that weren't mopped, cobwebs in all the corners, light switches not washed down, and a big scrape on my floor from them moving a chair. When I called to complain, I was hit with judgement claiming how "BAD" my house was and that was the reason it still looked like it was unclean :0 !!!!! That didn't sit well. Then I got the bill.... 500$$!!! For a deep clean and a bad job. When I called they said they would come the next day to fix it but living with a toddler I didn't want the headache of having to pre-clean for them again, and was totally turned off from having anyone in my house. I will not be using their services and would not recommend them to anyone.
