The team at Ideal Stairs were fantastic. Although we are not in their immediate service area, they got the work scheduled and completed promptly. Communication with Mesh and the wider team was great. We are very happy with the the work, and would highly recommend Ideal Stairs to anyone.

Fred and his team resurfaced both the ground and main floors in our home. The floors had some considerable damage in areas from previous owners, including broken pieces of flooring, holes, animal damage and excess wear. Fred brought the floors back to life and did a great job matching the new wood with the original the best that he could. Very happy with the work and with the quick turnaround.

From first contact with James, I've had nothing but a great experience. He stayed in contact, followed up with me and kept me informed of timelines and how things progressed. Very professional approach. Justin, Jack and all of the subcontractors he worked with were brilliant as well. The renovation itself exceeded our expectations. The room had to be completely gutted, floor leveled, new drywall in places and ceiling plastered. We are already looking at getting James and the crew back for more work in the future.
