I got a heat pump instealled with Nutech Air System. Ranjeet and his team at Nutech was great to work with. He was very professional, open, and great to communicate with. He took the time to listen and address all my questions regarding a heat pump, what he recommends and was even able to maneuver quickly around a last minute product change I had to make. Very impressive. I was nervous about switching from a furnace to a heat pump system to heat my home but he was able to assure me of the reliability of the heat pumps and I didn't feel pressured in anyway to go with one nor his company. On the day of the installation, the team was very clean, professional, and Ranjeet was primarily concerned about my satisfaction with the work and product and was willing to address every concern I had.
