It was Sunday, mid morning when I called to have someone come over and repair a leaking basement toilet. I called the number on the homestars display and reached the owner on the 3rd ring. I told him what I suspected was the issue and he gave me a price over the phone for the repair. We traded a few texts to firm up the address and the window when he would be able to come over. He showed up 1 1/2hrs earlier than he originally suggested and got right to work. He was finished in less than an hour and left zero mess when he was finished. We had elderly company staying over and the only other bathroom was up (2) flights of stairs. I would highly recommend this outfit, they are professionaleven to the point of putting on disposable boot coverings prior to entering your home. If I ever have another plumbing problem, I know who to call.
