Our duct cleaning with Matthew in the latter half of 2023 was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a home-related service - so smooth and easy! From initial contact through to payment, he was prompt, courteous, and professional, and clearly very highly trained/good at his job. In addition to showing before and after videos of the state of our ducts (which I found strangely fascinating, haha) he also walked me through some questions I had about the quality of our ductwork, maintenance scheduling, random things like how debris collect and affect HVAC systems, etc. We will definitely be using him for any future duct cleanings, and recommending him to anyone who asks!
