Two words, amazing service. I met the Aquila Team the day after May 22 derecho in Ottawa. 1/3 of my shingles ripped off & had water flowing into the interior. Made the call to their emergency services line. As discussed, a few hours after the storm, crew was onsite the next day to tarp the roof to stop the flow. Watching this crew work as a Team. It was decided these were they guys to have the entire roof redone. House is only 12 years old, but original shingle install was done hastily from lowest bidder with nothing but shingles on wood. Once things settled down with all the emergency calls they handled, we set a date to schedule my roof. I picked the shingle colors & gave the go ahead. The estimate/quote matched the final invoice. No surprises. The Team showed up on time every day, worked the entire days taking the proper lunch break & cleaned the site before leaving. I stress Team as everyone has their job & must work in unison on the steep sections. Loved hearing these guys work, no swearing, bickering or anything negative. Just comradery of people loving what they do. The installation was excellent & just done right. Corey explained exactly what they would be doing & it was done exactly as described. Im no roofer & have no business being on a ladder but do know the basics of modern roofing system when its done right. Thats why Im writing this review today. Most homeowners dont know where to start & who to take a chance on for this type of work. Simple answer. Aquila Roofing and Construction Inclocal Team. Just call them!!!
