Incredible Customer Service - (1) Jessica, Marketing/Operations /Administrator/Co-Ordinator - amazing - so prompt, efficient, knowledgeable - responded to my query within 5 minutes and promptly coordinated all arrangements. (2) Jeremy - so prompt, logical, creative, smart, kind, patient - presenting suggestions on how to resolve the issue. Very personable and spotless clean - felt very comfortable with him in my home. To top if off, both Jessica and Jeremy - great sense of humor. Truly a professionally run business and look forward to the pleasure of doing business with them again. Kudos to a great business team!

Excellent customer service - following consultation / co-ordination with Rick and Dave. Joe was my Service Technician. Arrived on time; replaced cartridge in ensuite shower to regulate uneven hot & cold water flow; offered patient explanation of this repair work in response to my enquiries. Spotless clean, efficient, professional with a sense of humour. Will definitely call again, if required.

I was intrigued by the Ad stipulating 'no job is too small'. David removed a wall tv; installed a new one (included some 'magic' work to ensure the brackets were a proper fit); adjusted the tv and digital box. David is patient, kind, clean (placed a blanket where he was working, changed into 'indoor' shoes and left the room spotless clean). Responded to my queries and offered suggestions while ensuring that I understood how to work the equipment. Prompt, efficient, reasonably priced, sense of humour and superior customer service.
