PLUMBER ON DEMAND - TORONTO

First time using this company for my home. We had been using a different plumbing company that had recently sold the business. We had a clogged sewer line while doing laundry. I called them to schedule service all. They were able to schedule a 12-1 pm arrival or sooner. Later I received a missed call and the office said they can come over now. Technicians arrived and found tree roots clogging the sewer line at the sidewalk vent. They were able to clear the stoppage but were unable to snake toward the house due to the roots. I see a sewer line replacement shortly.

Technicians are reliable, honest, and punctual. We have used this company for all our plumbing issues big and small and referred them to all of our friends because we've always been satisfied with the work they do and always for a reasonable price.

They are super professional and knowledgeable. They came right on time and took a look at minor leaks in two toilets and were able to immediately assess and mitigate the issues. I would definitely work with them again.

A portion of my sidewalk collapsed and I was informed that I had a sewer line issue. Called up this plumbing company and they sent Technicians. They were wonderful! They took the time to explain everything, on time and were polite, friendly, and thorough. My house was built in the 40s with old piping so they needed to try multiple ways to get a camera down the line. After installing a much-needed Y connection to one of my old pipes, we saw I have an old clay sewer line that needs to be replaced. That will be a big endeavor, but I trust their technician's team to make the necessary repairs. Very happy with his service. Would definitely recommend this company!

This was not the first time I called them. I had to replace a broken kitchen faucet and I called them. Their technicians were very responsive as usual, always on time, and does great quality work. They were quick and efficient and did the work on what was needed.

My shower/bath faucet stopped working and I needed to replace it. The technicians came up with the fastest and most economical option and came within 2 days to fix it. They found a way to change the hardware without knocking a hole in the adjacent room and just fixing it from the inside of the bathroom. Minimum interruption and fast service. The technicians have done many jobs for us-- some large and some small, and they are always fast, reliable, and honest. Highly recommend this company.

Technicians of this company were able to diagnose a tricky problem with our upstairs showers which had low anxiety. Technicians discovered it was seized check valves in both showers and was able to remove and fix up the valves. They were very good at explaining what could go wrong and had us well-prepared. Highly recommend!
