My fridge was heating up so I posted a service request. Eric responded with an overview of the process and initial fees. Overall, he provided excellent service. I would recommend to others.

Eric was great in coordinating and following up. His tech was very conscientious and thorough. Made sure all was done to our satisfaction. Our stove works well now and happy with the service.

Contacted Eric explained the issue, he advised that he would come to my home next day between 2 & 4 pm. He arrived within the time that he mentioned. In short order he advised me the problem with the stove and gave me the estimate for doing the repair. He ordered the part required and returned next day and he completed the repair. The cost was what was quoted. Would recommend this company for their knowledge of appliance repairs and work ethic. Eric took the time to answer my questions about the repair.

Eric came out twice, on time as per schedule each time. He assessed the problem with the oven and the dishwasher, ordered the parts and returned a few days later, as scheduled and on time and completed the work. Everything works great and the work was done at the quoted price which was quite reasonable.

Our wall oven broke so I contacted Best Appliance Repairs. Eric responded right away and answered all my questions. He arrived as scheduled the following day. He quickly identified the issue and repaired the oven. I would not hesitate to recommend Best Appliance Repairs to anyone.

I decided to go with Best Appliance to service my oven. The team was professional, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. While on site they took the time to explain everything they were doing. The service request was responded to right away& booked for yesterday the were excellent about contacting me and letting me know what their arrival time would be!! Apon arrival they put on blue booties and were extremely respectful. The problem was determined quickly and the parts were ordered!! Today ( the next day!) the parts have be replaced and its working! They were nice enough to also look at a long standing problem with my sub suzo fridge and fixed it on the spot!

My refrigerator started to build ice inside of back panel. I was unable to defrost it. I was suggested to change back panel and some parts. The job was done very quick and professionally! Great job! Very satisfied and happy! We will use Home Star service again!
