Great experience. Matthew took pictures of ducts before and after. Had some time to chat at the end of the job, have a couple of recommendations about some rust found in my ducts. Overall a nice experience, no pressure, no upsell, no hustle and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend!

Matt showed up when he said he would, did a fabulous job cleaning out the ducts, and did not leave a mess behind. He explained everything and showed us before/after pics. He even checked my dryer vent. Really fantastic customer service. I highly recommend him!

When I made the request with questions, Mathew gave me all the answers with the clear explanation as well as the cost (no hidden cost at all). On the day he came on time and explained the who procedure again to us and started to work. He did everywhere and also showed us 2 big places on the wall that we did not even know it should be cleaned as well. We are very satisfied with his work. He showed us the before and after video comparison. At the end, he also recommended what type of air filter we could use and how often we should change it, to keep the cost low but with the good maintenance in the house...

Mathew did an excellent job cleaning our ducts, better than any of the companies we have hired previously. He was very professional, personable, efficient, and courteous. He was responsive to all questions and gave us many helpful suggestions. We purchased the all inclusive package which included cleaning the furnace, A/C coil and dryer vent, as well as inspecting the humidifier and water tank. It had been too long since the last cleaning, so the difference afterwards was felt immediately. The temperature and humidity seemed better regulated and more efficient. It feels warmer though we have not changed the thermostat. We will continue to use Mathew and MP Professional for future duct cleanings. He is highly recommended!

Matthew came on time and did a thorough job with cleaning the ducts, including all the heat vents, the dryer laundry vent, and sanitizing the bathroom fans. Total job was done within 2 hours, including set up and clean up. Would recommend Matthew to others.

Matt was very professional. He listened to my concerns regarding the disinfecting formula possibly affecting our two cats. He recommended the odourless botanical spray. It has been about a week and the air in our house is much cleaner and there is a lot less sniffling and sneezing. I would definitely recommend MP Professionals for doing an excellent job at a fair price.

Great service! Matthew was personable and. explained everything. 10 years worth of buildup with 3 dogs shedding all the time, dust bunnies and the odd debris of course. Showed before and after.
