Finding an exterior foundation crack leading to potential basement flooding after purchasing a home is stressful, and I am glad I hired him and his team to help fix the problem. He set the right expectations and the work was completed on the same day. I would strongly recommend him and would use his services in future if the need arises.

We had a strange water seepage above ground into the basement and we didn't know exactly what the issue was. Local waterproofing companies were not able to diagnose it correctly. Yong came to my house and after some testing, immediately noticed that it may be coming from the gap between bricks and applied some caulking. It has not leaked since then. I really appreciate Yong's honesty and his troubleshooting. Even though his company doesn't perform above ground repairs, he helped me diagnose the issue and followed up with me to ensure that the leak was completely gone.
He never charged me anything to perform the diagnosis or apply the caulking. I would recommend Yong to anyone who needs waterproofing done or need an honest opinion / diagnosis.

Yong came very quickly on the same day to assess my leak and then a week later to complete the job very nice and efficiently. Yong is super polite and a nice man. He was very honest and did his best to help me with the job. The workers on the job day worked so hard and cleaned up the site very amazing. Would highly recommend sign water proofing.

We had a leak in our basement and Yong came the next day to inspect. He determined it was not a foundation issue but rather lack of sealant around our patio entrance. He provided several recommendations which we will be performing today. I offered to pay Yong for his inspection but he did not want to charge us for his visit. After determining the root cause of the issue Yong said this was out of the scope of his usual work that deals with foundation issues. Regardless I am thankful for his inspection and his honesty in dealing with our issue.

I would say this company has the best response I ever get. Yong is very responsive. The onsite worker did pretty good job. If the onsite worker can remove my old window well, the whole project will be even better. although Yong removed most of wood window well, I still need to hire someone else to remove it. Generally recommend. good company.

Excellent experience with Yong and his crew. The crew was hard working, from excavating the earth to water proofing the outer wall. They were prompt and courteous and they finished the job in one day. Our air conditioner had to be moved prior to water proofing the outer wall. Yong's service tech for the air conditioner was also excellent in his work. He re-installed the unit and tested the line to make sure the air conditioner is working properly. Kudos to the team.
