There was a misunderstanding of what was wrong with my refrigerator but the company is going to refund me my money which makes me very happy so I will be giving this company a good review

I posted about my condo stracked washer/dryer issue (would not spin) on HomeStars and received an e-mail and phone call within a few minutes. Brittany was lovely on the phone and coordinated service to arrive on the same day as the call. Ariel texted me when he was on the way, and was prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. He had all of the parts with him, and worked quickly and effectively. Ariel advised us of the dryer issues and showed us the parts that were broken. (He gave us some usage tips for future as well.) I would highly recommend his services. Fast, and reliable. Very impressed with both Brittany and Airel.

I posted my repair request to Homestars on a Sunday evening and had a response from Alpha Tech within an hour. We were able to get a service visit within 24 hours of our discussions. Ariel had the problem diagnosed very quickly and all parts were available on his truck. The fix was done quickly and he borrowed our vacuum cleaner to make sure that he left everything spick and span. We highly recommend Ariel and will use Alpha Tech again!

I googled washer repair in Etobicoke and was pleased to find this super quick service! I called at 10am and our technician Ariel texted us a 30 mins ahead of time and arrived by 12pm. By 1:30pm our washer drain was fixed! Ariel is quick, efficient and knowledgeable. Priced upfront and reasonable prices ($390 for a complicated repair). He had the foresight to order parts ahead of the city lockdown and was well-equipped to meet our needs the day of. Lucky for us, he had a brand new drain pump and saved us $$$ to replace our washer. He cleaned up after himself as well, would highly recommend Ariel to anyone!

I hired Ariel for a minor dryer repair and upon arrival he identified a number of issues that could've posed a massive risk for our family down the road. Ariel completed an full dryer reconstruction, repairing the initial issue as well as fixing the additional problems to preserve the longevity of our dryer. Alpha Tech repairman Aerial came out on and determined the part in trouble. Ordered a new one (was had to get due age of dryer) came out the same day he received it. Fixed the trouble. Very professional and explained what was in trouble. Highly recommend him.
