Following our positive experience with Sarman Air for the replacement of our furnace and air conditioning system a few years ago, we once again chose their services for our additional HVAC needs. We received great information in exploring our options, which resulted in the seamless installation of a three-head ductless heat pump system in our master bedroom and two additional bedrooms. John is a very efficient sale man , we were happy with our 28 years old Lennox furnace and wanted to get same brand furnace. Initially he told us Lennox is not available in the market, but seeing we only wanted the same brand, he worked hard to check around and finally gives us a good new that he is able to get us a 2 stages Lennox furnace. After hiring Sarman Air for a previous job, I asked for a quote to replace my old mid-efficiency furnace and central AC. John gave us a very reasonable quote for a new high-efficiency Lennox furnace, Moovair heat pump, and smart thermostat. On installation day, John and his partner completed the job and took the time to explain how to operate the system most efficiently.

We hired Sarman Air to install a tankless Rinnai water heater and a Moovair heat pump in our home and I cannot tell you enough how happy we are with quality of work and exceptional service provided by owner - John.

John came over for an initial consultation and quickly provided us with a very reasonable quote. He was very flexible and willing to work with our schedule.
John and another technician showed up on time and completed the job within the specified timeframe.
We ran into an issue with the heating the very night that John installed the heat pump. We called John around 10 PM and he came over right away. Being so late at night, we were pleasantly surprised when John said he would come over right away to address the problem. He troubleshooted and quickly put in a temporary fix to heat the home that night. He said he would be back first thing in the morning to address the issue. It turned out to be a problem with our existing thermostat. Even though John had not installed our thermostat he called Ecobee on our behalf and discovered our thermostat was faulty. He quickly put in a brand new Ecobee thermostat for us and worked with Ecobee to get a replacement for the one he replaced.
John was very knowledgeable, honest, professional and reachable throughout the entire process.

On January 15th, 2024 I had the privilege of having John change a 23 year old furnace with a Lennox 70K BTU ML296 Lennox furnace. He took the time in explaining my options before we settled on a specific model. His price was fair given the thorough job he did. What was more impressive is he took the time to do a follow-up visit to make sure everything was working as expected and I was thoroughly satisfied with his work. This is unusual, given most other HVAC technicians have an install-and-forget attitude.

Upon his second visit, he further tweaked the furnace to ensure the second stage kicked-in after 10 minutes with my stage 1 thermostat. The factory setting of the furnace was set up to work with a stage 2 thermostat. Since my house did not have the right wiring (W2/Y2), there were tweaks required on the control board of the furnace. He spent 2 hours upon his second visit to ensure everything was operating as expected and the appropriate tests were done.

All in all, I'm very satisfied with his work and his attention to detail. I would strongly recommend him for changing your furnace.
