We have used them for multiple projects and they have been great each time. They install on the scheduled dates and get the job done on time. Their Service staff was easy to work with and the Admin team was very helpful when we needed to make any changes.

Just built our custom home during Covid and finding product and labor wasnt easy. Dealing with Panes Windows was simple, they gave us a tour of the facility to showcase the quality products. Windows came on time and at a great quality and price. Smooth transaction from start to finish.

Worst installers ever. Just smashed my old windows allowing the glass to scatter all over my bedroom, the furnace vent, and my backyard. When I complained, they were angrier than me. They lacked a basic understanding of my safety concerns about splinter scattering in my bedroom, over my furnace vent, and in my backyard. They refused to admit that they broke the glass to get the job done faster instead of taking the time to do it properly. It was all about finishing fast and on to the next job. They didn't care about my concerns.

I contacted the company recently and we reach an amicable financial resolution.
