Wade phoned to confirm his arrival time, arrived within his estimate. Made the required repairs and was off to his next customer. Very professional and polite, had a special plastic sheet to slide the washer on to eliminate any scratches to the hardware floor.Great service and technician.Thanks G

Dishwasher recall

The tech (Steve) was friendly, knowledgeable, and proficient. He had the repairs done very quickly and even aligned and mounted the dishwasher better than it was originally. Great work! I'll be giving you a call for any further repairs.

Repair to our dishwasher

Reviewed email confirmation day before which was a great reminder and a call the morning of. Steve was very professional and informative about what he needed to do. Repairs were made very smoothly while he explained what he was doing. Steve offered further cleaning advice to aide in the life of the dishwasher. While on the kitchen Steve made other maintenance suggestions for the other appliances which were extremely helpful. Without a hesitation I would have Steve back again if we needed some repairs!! Also would recommend him to family and friends!!! Thank you so much for the professional service we received today
