I called the number I saw online and within 2 hours Peter was on my doorstep. He gave the entire house a shot of his magic potion and by the next day it was an ant massacre! Great job and same day service. 2 days later i began a renovation in my master ensure and I found a nest of aunts. I called Peter and not only did he come back, get down into the joists and wall cavities to spray, he came on a Sunday afternoon! I will recommend this company to all who have a pest problem. Great job and thanks again!!!

I was totally creeped out to find that we had cockroaches in our kitchen and immediately I called Peter at Power Pest Control. He promptly returned my call and set up a visit same day! He showed up when he said and he gave the kitchen a good once over, but he did tell me that the problem could recur and I should call him if it did as the next visit would be covered by his guarantee. And sure enough they came back. But so did Peter - again, when he said he would, within days! He tried another method and gave us some helpful tips for keeping the nasty things away. We have not seen one since. Peter is professional, prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Power Pest Control and my dealings with Peter were great!

Peter came to my house within an hour of my phone call to him. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and solved the problem quickly. He took the time to explain exactly what was happening with our mouse problem. He also guaranteed his work for 6 months. The fee I paid also included a follow up visit to check to see if he was successful in the next few weeks. That has not happened yet but i'm very confident he will honour his contract.

Had sounds coming from attic. Peter was the second guy I called. He was extremely professional, friendly and responsive. Came to house - quickly figured out that this was either rodents or squirrels. Set up traps and at same time helped me get the proper wild-life guy to help if squirrel problem. These problems are sometimes not so black and white - peter is very open minded and honest in his approach. He looks for a solution - not looking to rip you off in the process (this is important people!). I felt very confident that he would figure the issue out - and he did. It was squirrels in the end - and the guys he brought over to handle the wild-life issue were also terrific. In the process - Peter cleaned up the attic - found a dead bird and old wasp nest that he got rid of. He is a real super hero in this field. He has a true passion for working thru trick situations - and at the end of the day - you know Peter is going to figure the problem out. He puts the customer first and is super communicative. I will use Peter going forward for any issue I have. I would highly recommend him to anyone have pest control issues. Even if it turns out to be wild-life - he won't steer you wrong and will work to get the right guys in.

Mice would come into my basement in the winter months. I'd had this problem the past few years. It was never a big problem but I would see droppings in certain areas of the basement. I would use store bought poison and it seemed to work. Recently, I saw a dead mouse. I wanted to figure out where they were coming in so that I could permanently prevent them from accessing the house.

I contacted Power Pest Control and spoke with Peter. He was friendly and was able to book an appointment to come out within a few days which I appreciated. I explained the situation to him and that my main concern was future prevention. He told me exactly how much he would charge so I was aware of the cost. That was also helpful.

When he arrived he did a check of the exterior of the home to see where they might be getting in, as well as the interior of the house in the areas I had identified, and my garage. He said he didn't see any areas needing sealing and that he felt the only plausible location they were coming in was through my dryer vent. He recommended that I buy a pest control barrier to place over the dryer vent and range hood vent and drill into the brick. He tried to describe it to me and said I could find it at Home Depot. I did not have a clear understanding of what this product was after hearing the description (and had trouble finding it when describing it to sales staff at Home Depot as well). He screwed in my dryer vent which wasn't properly attached. I was surprised that someone in the pest control business wouldn't have this type of product on hand or that he didn't offer to go to Home Depot (very nearby) to pick it up and install it for me. I would have been happy to pay him for the additional cost of the pest control barriers (which were $6 each).

He pointed out a connection problem with one of the ducts to my dryer vent which was helpful. He also removed some insulation from that area which he examined and confirmed there were mouse droppings but then just left the insulation he pulled out of the ducts on the basement floor. I found it unusual, especially when there was a garbage bag nearby. He left some bait stations in a few areas in the basement and under the sink and said once I installed the barriers over the vents I shouldn't have any further issues and that I could call him in a month to give him an update if I wanted (it hasn't yet been a month).

I've never used a pest control company so I have no basis for comparison from a value perspective but I did feel that for a short visit with a cost of $240 he should have supplied (or purchased) the barriers and installed them for me.

I would definitely recommend Power Pest Control. Peter is a very knowledgeable person when it comes to the work he does. We had a rodent problem in our basement and Peter answered all the questions we had for him thoroughly. He knew exactly what bait the rodents would go for and where to put the traps. On top of his professional knowledge, he is a very friendly and pleasant person to deal with. Thank you Peter!

Discovered a rodent in the house when I saw my indoor potted plants getting dugged up. Did the DYI route in the beginning but couldnt catch it. It was avoiding the glue traps and snap traps. One night it ran past me while I was watching TV and it was a RAT, a BIG one. That was it.
Found Power Pest control on this site and left a message. Peter called me the next day which was very prompt and very professional. Peter showed up and 1st did a survey of the outside to check for holes before checking the inside. Traps were laid in strategic areas but we still couldnt catch the thing. Peter came back again and laid more traps with different bait. Success, the rat is now an ex-rat.

Peter was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and concerns. Follow-up service was as promised and on time. I was concerned about our trap shortly after he positioned it so I called him and asked him to make an unscheduled check and he did, for a very reasonable cost (the bait is not free!). Very happy with his professional service and will recommend him to others.

We had noticed a growing number of wasps at our front entrance and called Peter at Power Pest Control. He answered my call and was at our house within 2 hours! He got rid of the HUGE nest in our soffit/fascia and 2 hours later we aren't afraid to walk in our front door anymore. Thank you SO much Peter!
