Dave and his extremely hard working team at our place for couple of days fixing up some old damaged stucco and parking on out 80s house - amazing work and colour match ; really happy with end result !

We had a water leak problem that we needed to deal with. I contacted Dave from Nextgen Stucco give us some amazing information about the water leak we had. He helped us solve the issue with his new envelope system. We are confident that we will not have leaks here again! Thank you Dave and Nexgen!

We required extensive repair and modification of our large 24-year-old house's stucco, in connection with a renovation. The work was completed as promised, and very well. I would definitely hire this company again if I needed stucco-related work done.

Great job repairing, matching technique and color on 30 year old stucco. Repaired chimney because of design faults, poor drainage areas, around windows and small cracks. One large area had been replaced 15 years ago by someone else when deck lowered and never matched. It is amazing how perfectly it matches now thanks to Dave and his polite considerate crew. Will definitely use again!

NexGen addressed the full stucco exterior of our 2 storey, 34 year old house. The work was completed roughly 6 months ago; I waited to provide this review to see how the product performed.
NexGen repaired damage to the stucco that resulted from window and door replacement, removed "bubbles" where the stucco had separated from the wire mesh underneath, and then updated the finish by replacing the heavily textured and discoloured stucco with one that is flat and clean.
The job took roughly 2 weeks to complete. It is messy work due to the scraping of the current stucco and the spraying of the final finish. NexGen though did a good job of capturing scrapings on drop-clothes, masking/taping other surfaces to minimize the mess, and then followed completion with a detailed clean-up.
The job significantly upgraded and updated the exterior look of our house. If this is what you are wanting to do... concrete based stucco refinishing vs other options such as acrylic or paint... consider this approach and NexGen as your contractor.

Dave has a great team and does quality work. His pricing is very fair and I would highly recommend Next Generation to anyone looking to get stucco work done.
