Thank you Rearden. It is unfortunate when a home inspection leads to a deal falling through but, as you stated, you found the perfect home this time. I truly believe that giving a full service home inspection is not an "extra charge". Including Thermal Imaging, 90 day structural and Mechanical warranty and a recall check on all appliances as well as having top of the line tools and technology is the only way to do business and the cost of doing so is simply the cost of doing business.
