Appliance Force Calgary

I had used Appliance Force to order a new knob for an old washing machine last year Appliance Force ordered and it came right away so when I needed someone to install a new dishwasher I called them. Jon came out on time and install my new dishwasher including replacing my water supply lines and drain line as both were worn. They showed me the worn hose and saved me from the chance of a leak and a ruined floor! Great service all round. Thanks to Jon and Team

My wife and I bought a condo with old appliances in it. The first time we called Appliance Force it was for a problem with our stove. The lady on the phone told us how to fix it on the phone free of charge. The second time was for a dishwasher repair. the tech came over, did his best to get our old dishwasher temporarily operational and was honest in suggesting it was time to buy a new one, even though he could have made more money doing lots of repairs. Good honest company.

Quick service, only in my home for 40 minutes. Part worth about $40. Charge just under $300 for a rate of at least $200/hr. No details on the invoice. When asked about the charge, simply answered stated that the "bluebook" rates are standard. Would not use again.

Appliance Force (formerly Mr. Appliance) came to fix our oven. It was a quick repair and they were polite. However, we very rarely use our oven and over 8 months used it less than 6 times before our oven would not light again. We decided to change to Appliance Force. They confirmed that wires were not tightened properly and they would have used a different type of morette.

What can I say five stars and more for Appliance Force service company. From the time you call in to book for service, until the time the technician leaves your home, this company makes sure to give the customer 100%. I will never use another company {EVER}. I'm still speechless at how AMAZING this company is. Also a P.S: The receptionist "Tabatha was amazing. The best receptionist in Calgary. No really I believe she is the best receptionist, I've ever had the pleasure of talking to. A++++++++++++++++....... Thank you again for caring for your customers and giving 100%.
