Tom is nothing short of professional + thorough. Provides a detailed explanation of all items in the inspection, takes time ensure fine details are not missed.
Edit: 1 year after the inspection, I noted that a few things were missed in the inspection. The exterior waterproofing was not done properly and I think Tom missed that because he assumed it had been looking at the membrane sticking up out of the ground. Unfortunately, it wasn't done properly at all and I ended up having to hire a company to waterproof the entire side of the house. Similarly the roof had major issues that were missed. I think the limitations of the camera are highlighted by this. Tom himself was great to work with but I think the inspection missed some major issues.
