My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with the high quality, professional report that was provided to us on the same day that the inspection was conducted. Terra was more than happy to answer our questions throughout and we learned a lot about the property we are in the process of purchasing. Surprise leave-behinds included a handy set of tip sheets, a filing packet for home-related items, a tape measure, and stickers/flags to indicate the shut-offs, etc. for the hot water tank, the main water line and the furnace. Super handy! The report itself was highly informative and we are confident that she highlighted everything that is important for our buying decision. Thanks, Terra!

Terra was an absolute gem to deal with. She set all the expectations right from the beginning. She explains shes not there to nitpick but to find major problems with the house. She also explained maintenance items that should be addressed when you move in, as well as provided a list of common maintenance items and a brochure of costs and renovations for home buyers. Its evident she knows exactly what shes doing and does it really well.

Terra performed a thorough inspection of a 120 year old character home. We went over the house in a few passes focusing on different topics.

Tara has a depth of knowledge about how houses are built, maintained, and age. She knows what can fail and what to look for.

Anyone can point at the grey hairs on a century home, but Tara helped me understand where I should focus my effort (and money!) on restoration and upkeep.

After the inspection she went through it with me again discussing the major points, and then the final report included photos and more considerations.
