Right from the start, I was impressed with Ener-Tight. All questions and concerns were answered to make proper decisions. My ideas and styles I preferred were taken into consideration and I wasn’t rushed to decide styles etc.
The crew installing windows and doors were very professional and worked as a team throughout the process. They took their time and genuinely cared about the finished product and workmanship. They had my interests in mind when installing and asked my opinion and made suggestions. Very impressed with end product. Turned a 30 year old house into a modern and more efficient dwelling.

The work crew were very polite, efficient. Careful and vacuumed after the work was done. They gave us hints on window maintenance and how to hang window coverings to prevent voiding the warranty.

They were 6 weeks late on my installation and came to install while I was having surgery for a heart transplant. This company installed a new door, we had a $450 lock that disappeared during installation and they took full advantage of my wife and her distractions. Stay away from these people.

From the moment of the sale to the final installation., everyone was professional. Much to our surprise, when the installers replaced our windows, there wasn't any insulation which they installed and went beyond and above to please us, including their cleaning up afterwards. We had all 21 windows plus a patio door replaced by Ener-Tight. I was impressed with the company right through the process, from quoting through to installation and follow-up. The crew was professional, skilled, hard-working and friendly and they were happy to fix the few minor issues we noticed along the way and the manager kept in touch along the way and dropped by during installation to see how it was going. The new windows and door look great and work well. An unexpected bonus is that it's noticeably quieter inside the house now with the windows closed. The job was just completed and everything seems perfect, but I feel I can trust them to fix any issue that might come up. The final price was close to the lowest of the three quotes we got and I'm very happy with the process and the results. Highly recommended!

They knew there stuff and were efficient and friendly.  They had to order a new handle for us and that was received and replaced in a very timely manner, along with reasonable pricing.

We are currently renovating a Duplex and Westboro and wanted to replace all the windows and doors.

We had worked with Ener-Tight 15 years ago on our previous home. We had been really happy with their work and the Gentek windows and doors they had installed had really performed well so we looked them up again.

For the new project Ener-tight came through with a very competitive price and and were able to work with the complicated schedule of our renovation project.
They even split the work in two parts to accommodate the other trades.

The sales manager Greg gently encouraged us to spend a little bit more money for a dark color. This has made a huge difference in the look of the new windows.
We are really happy that he proposed this option.

Ener-tech sent a large crew who were organized, knowledgable and courteous. They did really good work and left the place spotless.

We really don't plan on moving to another home... but if we did we would call on Ener-tech again.
