Roofing review in Oakville

These guys suck. Rude, not timely, shoddy work, no call backs and they don't tell the truth either. Said they don't do eavestroughing...produced the bill for the work they did and they still haven't come to fix their work after 4 phone calls.... Pathetic. I am also a realtor and I have ensured they are not on my recommended contractor list. HORRIBLE!

What could this company do to improve their services?: show up for one, fix their shoddy work for another,
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?: STAY AWAY, call others first.

personable service, done right and quickly. Great individuals working on the project. Excellent pricing for the services rendered. Recommend this company to other individuals looking who are interested in full roof repair.

Leaking roof

More than a few roofers looked at my roof which had been leaking for 6 yrs. Done Right went up on the roof, inspected it, took photo's of the bad spots. They fixed the bad spots then we waited for the next rainfall.....OMG! No leaks. They didn't try to sell me a new roof, like the others, the others said it's fixed this time for sure, then when it rained the roof still leaked and then wouldn't come back and this is after I paid them $200.00. If you want it done right call Done Right Roofing.
