recently bought a house in North York and the first thing I needed to do was taking care of air quality to prevent returning of my allergy. Choices were too much to pick the right one and I needed a knowledgeable person that fully understood the air quality and I believe I’ve found one in Cozy Comfort Plus. Sale’s person,Sam was very informative and provided me enough con and pro about my choices that made me able to select a right combination of an HRV, HEPA and upgrading my furnace air cleaner. Seeing a professional work and courtesy I decided to ask them for a Tankless hot water and I can say they have done a great job. I highly recommend this company to those who are looking for professionals in air quality control and improvement.

The sales rep was very professional and the installation crew were very accomodating and friendly. They installed our boiler/hot water heater very quickly and answered our questions regarding the system. They were also easy to get a hold of when we had questions after the installation.

We finally have met a very knowledgeable sales consultant & engineer, Dan Kar,, who can explain various equipment options, explain in consumer terms, product benefits, and what is best needed in our home to cool and heat efficiently and cost effectively. Cozy Comfort met all obligations and timelines. Their installers were very personable, reliable and hardworking. We are very please with their work and follow-up on rebate programs.

After 10-years of worry-free service our Air Condition broke-down on the hottest day of the year. I was fortunate to find Cozy Comfort Plus in one of our local directories. They were very informative over the phone and let me know all of the options that were available to me. Even though I didn't give them the go-ahead until noon they were out to my house by 5:30 and had completed the job by 9:00. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone - the level of customer care and service that they displayed is very rare these days and should be applauded.

I had a Cozy Comfort technician come to repair my compressor and considering it is the hottest day of the year I was glad I could find someone to come on such short notice.
My wife was home at the time and the tech identified the issue (needed a new capacitor) but before my wife had the chance to call me to discuss, the tech had already replaced the capacitor and added refrigerant.
Now I am not an air conditioner technician but I do understand how these things work (I have an engineering degree) and my wife made it clear that we wanted to discuss the repairs before anything was done. However we were not given this opportunity and the tech said "I do not work that way". I never agree to a repair without knowing the cost and fortunately for everyone is was only $400 and not enough to make an issue out of.
While I am happy my air conditioner is working again, I am not happy with Cozy Comfort and their repair technician.
I would highly recommend using another company unless you are desperate like we were.

Met Brian at the Home show where I went specifically to get a deal on a Carrier high efficiency furnace. Brian came to the house and provided a weath of information on our HVAC system.
Purchased the 96 Carrier with the Infinity controller. Hydro bill dropped $60 for Feb/March period. The furnace is so quiet that even standing beside it you have to listen carefully to see if it is running. The low fan setting saves money and keeps the house evenly heated. Brian is knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. We are now having a high efficiency heat pump/AC system intalled by Cozy Comfort in a few weeks. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this firm to anyone considering HVAC updates.
