i was not happy the first time they came around to do the carpet cleaning. They rushed through the cleaning the first time and didn't do a good job. I had to call them back to reclean the carpets. When they came back the second time around, I was happy with the cleaning. But I wasn't pleased that ihad to call them again. It was an inconvenience. I wasn't happy with them, so I ended up buying a carpet cleaner and decided to clean my own carpets.

A home carpet cleaning machine can be effective in treating minor soiling and spots and stains between professional cleaning, but major carpet manufacturers do recommend professional steam cleaning for the long term maintenance of your carpets.
