We woke up in the midst of winter with no heat as our furnace had broken. Charlie came and spent all day fixing it, having to go back and forth to mississauga twice to get the parts and staying until 9pm until he had it working again. very impressed with Charlie and with this company overall. No hesitation to recomment them
