replacement of broken sewer pipe in basement
We had to replace pipes under the basement floor due to a crack that was allowing noxious sewer gases to leak into the basement. We've used Drainworks in the past for small jobs and have been happy so we decided to call them again.
They set up an appointment for the next day. They were on time and with their video inspection equipment quickly narrowed down the cause and made recommendations and prepared a quote. They showed up on time the following day to partially remove the basement floor and reconfigure and replace the piping. They were very neat and clean and used drop clothes so that they did not track dirt.
Mike Dunn, Drainwork's certified technician was friendly, helpful and very professional. The workmen were also very professional and pleasant to deal with. We were very satisfied with the job they did.
