installed the navien in january and stil the unit is leaking.3 visit by their technician ? did not due anything.when one calls the company the line frank gives you" your call is important to us etc.etc.etc now another problem arose.booked the enridge poeple for my yearly inspection.when they came they refused to do any work because mr tankless istalled the navien unit to close to the furnace(9 in.)legaly it should be 24" clerance( code referance4.14.2)enbridge finds the condition unacceptable and wont do anny work.i have to dish out an extera $600.00 because enbridge has to change the furnace arround, and i want mr. tankless topick up the tap.if nothing is coming forward, i will go to the sun because they love storys like that.
