Bamboo flooring and carpet installation
After months of searching for a flooring installation company that would return phone calls, show up for appointments and schedule a job, we were finally referred to Decor Hardwood Floors. We had bamboo flooring on two levels, two sets of stairs carpeted and new baseboards installed by Decor recently.
We couldn't be happier with the experience. The owner, Robert, promptly returned our call, arrived on time for our estimate appointment, listened carefully to our request, made suggestions, took detailed notes and measurements. He discussed options with us, and provided a quote within 2 days as promised. Robert scheduled us in within several weeks, and his team arrived right on schedule.
The installation process took 2 days longer than expected, but this was due to an unforeseen issue with our subfloor that they corrected. Due to the subfloor issue, several alterations to doors and frames needed to made through out the house. When the installation was completed, the site manager completed a review with us. The quality of the work is outstanding; we are very pleased with the results! His team even completed a couple of 'value adds' while they were here adding new molding to the front door, repairing some squeaky stairs and installing a new toilet we had purchased to be installed by us when the floors where done. His entire team were polite and friendly, arrived on time, and were respectful and careful with our property.
A day after the work was completed, Robert came by and completed a second thorough review of the work. When we pointed out 2 very minor fixes to be made, he committed to have the team return and correct the problems. He carefully reviewed the invoice with us, and set a timeline for the follow on work. We are having them back in month or two to install new flooring in our basement and look forward to having the same quality work. We would highly recommend Decor
