Al Dow a one man operation was very good the first six weeks during demolition stage,because he was very expensive I became his flunky to keep the cost down.He did not cmmunicate well or supervise his trades which led to many mistakes and was not up to date with current codes with new appliances.Lacked knowledge on new jetted tubs.His bills where difficult to understand and he became more interested in payday instead of making things right,which led to much distrust and the termination of our relationship.After 4 months and several plumbers advise later,I contacted him to ask if he would send back the plumbers he hired to make it right and if he intended to stand by his work.He was very nice and did listen but I never got anymore response.I also contacted Fast Mechanical Plumbers the people Al hired if they stood behind there work was informed they were working for Al not me and everyone got paid, so no.
