I had several issues to overcome when designing and building the Pergola. Lowes was always there to provide the right advice, tips and tools to get the job done. Thanks to the advice and direction they gave, I applied the right solution to the Pergola and the end result turned out fantastic.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- Be more competitive with their prices. The orange big box has the same prices, but less choice. To attract those customers, Lowes needs to provide them with an incentive to get them through the doors at least once!
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- There is not 1 way to build a Pergola. It depends on your unique home and style that YOU want. Do lots of research first and plan properly, this way you do it right, you do it once and you'll enjoy your results even more.
