We have one of thier "Total Comfort" agreements. On Tue (Dec/29/09) we called because our furnace was acting up and a tech came out and after spending some time on our furnace told us it needed a new board (something that controls the furnace) and he told us because of this the furnace could not be used and a part would be ordered and delivered to our house and when this part arrives to call and a tech will come out and fix the problem. After me, my wife and two young children spent a very cold night we waited for the part to arrive. Finally around 1:00 pm on Wed (Dec/30/09) the part finally arrived. We called Reliance and were told that the tech would be out the next day, after which I told them no way and we have already been without a furnace and need this thing to be fixed. After some more discussion it was agreed a tech would be sent that day. Well later that day a tech showed up and after he spent time he informed us they sent the wrong part. So to make a long story short... they have since sent out more wrong parts, we have made numerous calls to their so-called customer service and we are still waiting for our furnace to work and it is now 4:30 pm Friday, Jan 01, 2010. Hmmm, would I recommend them to any one? There is something about being on the FOURTH DAY and counting that makes someone a little hesitant about recommending these people.1 of 1 people found this review helpful.
