Our initial visit showed that the work that needed doing could be done in four hours and we would be happy with the results. They bring a checklist every visit and mark off the completed work. Sometimes we'd leave a note explicitly asking for something else to be done or other tasks to be left off. Despite being told that we'd get the same cleaner every time, in fact it changed several times over the course of a year. Despite being told that the keys would be kept at the head office, it turns out they were signed out by the cleaners for up to a week at a time. We realize that any cleaner we hire will have our keys, but we don't appreciate being misled about their business practices. After that first visit, we were never fully satisfied with the quality of the cleaning, often seeing 'hotel effects' and no thorough cleaning anywhere. Often items were checked off on the checklist even though they were clearly not done. Even when we specifically asked for certain things to be done, sometimes they were not. The final straw was finding on several occasions evidence that they were coming for little more than three hours at a time, while being paid for four. When confronted over this, nothing changed.1 of 1 people found this review helpful.
