We had a triple safe sump pump system installed by Clarke 6 years ago. The system has performed flawlessly but still requires yearly maintenance to ensure its continued operation, due to the extremely hard water in the area. We were fortunate on one occasion to have the work performed by Fitz Wicks, and we have insisted on having him come out every year since. He is one of the most upbeat and personable people you could ever hope to meet, and it is obvious from the minute he starts doing his job that he cares about doing it right. He explained to us in detail how the system was designed, and made sure we knew what we could do to help maintain the system until the next service call. This year because of the cold weather we had a frozen discharge pipe and burnt out the primary pump, but the second pump handled the job just as it was designed to do. Fritz had a replacement pump with him (we didn't have to put one on order) and had everything working again within 2 hours. We highly recommend the Clarke system and would advise that you ask for Fitz as your installer.
