We were able to get a same-day appointment and the staff at the call centre were helpful. Anthony P. was on time and was very friendly and made us feel comfortable in an otherwise awkward situation. He took the time and explained the mechanics of the toilet bowl. Overall, Anthony was very professional, and made some good suggestions regarding products. We will recommend Mr. Rooter in the future.
