Selba resolved our requirement for some changes in a timely and polite fashion. They seem to care about their customers and work hard towards meeting their needs. The installed cabinets were a good asset to our bathroom/kitchen and I'm pleased with the final result.

Terrible customer service.
The cabinets they put in were not straight and had gaps around the fridge panel and floor at my condo.
They were supposed to come in to make changes, and never showed. I waited from 9am-4pm on a work day. They called back 3 days later and barely apologized.
For the rescheduling they entered into my condo without anyone home, without my supervision, and without even informing me! I was waiting for their call for 5 hours that day. I eventually called them and was only then informed. This is after being rudely put on hold for 7 minutes before I could even speak my name, and then hung up on before I was done speaking to the person. They did not make all the changes I had requested either.
