We called Express Rooter when out pipes froze due to cold weather. Bob came shortly after the call on a Saturday morning. As the situation was rather complicated due to the location of the water box it was suggested that we should first call the city to look into the problem on their end. The city could not provide adequate solution so we called Express Rooter back. Bob was once again very responsive and visited our home the same day. He was able to schedule his crew to come two days later and after a day of work we had water running. In the meantime we had another plumbing problem which was addressed promptly. Despite the fact that this was a sizeable problem to deal with we are happy to know that now we have a plumbing contractor who is extremely knowledgeable in his field and dedicated to his work. We would never hesitate to use their services again and would recommend Bob and Express Rooter to anyone. Big thanks from Marc and Jelena
