We ended up falling in love with Princess White and have not ever regretted paying a premium for this showpiece granite. We continually get compliments on it even from those that have been to our place before. It is stunning. We had the opportunity to meet with the sales rep from Italy and he said that we were lucky to have got our piece when we did as the quarry where it was started to have a large black vein through it. You could tell by the way that he was talking about our piece and a couple others that were still in the plant about how special these pieces were. From reception to sales to service you will feel that you are the most important customer that they have ever had regardless of how large or small or how expensive or inexpensive your job. Also, the product was ready on time and installed when we were promised. A followup for a concern was handled by a visit by Bal the owner and a repair specialist. It was fixed and now the seam is barely noticeable and only to us unless we tell someone. This is a gem of a company located around Eglinton and Warden.
