An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Our house did not have good insulation in the attic so we called Smart Roofing after receiving a flyer in the mail. They came and not only checked the insulation in our attic, but also did a ventilation check inside our home, and explained in detail what we needed. As part of the insulation job, they sealed the potlights on our ceiling to prevent air leaks and replaced the exhaust fan and topped up the insulation in the attic. Overall, I am happy with the job that Smart Roofing did and look forward to having a cozy home this coming winter.
