Due to a poorly poured concrete foundation we ended up with a crack in our basement wall. Had Clarke Basement systems come in for an estimate and was very pleased with how well they explained how the system worked so we decided to have them complete the work. Initially we asked for just a small section of our wall to be fixed and when they found old pieces of wood rotting underneath our basement floor left behind by the builders, we decided to have them back again to do almost our entire perimeter as well as install a sump with battery back-up. All of the workers who passed through to complete the work we very professional and took the time to explain what was happening each step of the way. I am very pleased we decided to go with Clarke Basement Systems and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to whoever needs basement waterproofing done!
