An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
This is the third consecutive year I"ll be with Dr. Green lawn services and I think that in itself says a lot about the company.
I really like how I can prepay for my services a few months in advance at a discounted rate and they are good to touch base every now and then in a non-pushy manner about other additional services they offer.
My lawn has become more maintenance free and I"ve seen a significant reduction in weeds.
After each visit they leave a report detailing the service they completed, and any instructions for maintenance depending on the service that was completed (when to water, additional suggested services etc.)
I'll continue to use Dr. Green and would recommend to others.
