I called Grand Alarms to update our Banking Information on our Account and Melinda in Customer Service provided a Fax Number to send the updated information, as well she offered to to update the pass card record to reflect my new married name along with Congratulations. Melinda was incredibly helpful and professional and she also followed up to let me know she had received my voice cheque successfully via fax.
