Fitz Wicks of Clarke Basement was the technician assigned to perform the maintenance inspection and service of the water removal system installed (by Clarke Basement Systems) in our home in 2005. Inadvertently, we had not had the system serviced in some time. Mr Wicks was aware that our basement had sustained a significant amount of damage due to flooding and was extremely thorough in his inspection. He spent a considerable amount of time and care servicing our water removal system to ensure that it was in proper working order.
