Great customer service. Paul came right at the appointed time (in fact he called the night before to remind us). The job was well done and on time and we got useful advice. As a courtesy, the dryer vent and the bathroom exhaust fans were cleaned. The charge was exactly what was quoted in the web-site. I wish all our dealings related to house maintenance were like this. We highly recommend this company.

Customer Service is the biggest aspect (other than a proper cleaning job of course) so we try and learn and improve on certain areas in order to put ourselves above the rest.
