I called this company because I tried 2 other very large company's and they never got back to me, I was happy to find that they where local and when I called I spoke to a person not a machine. The guys that installed the roof were very polite and did a fantastic job and answered all my questions and left the property clean. The reason I went steel is I don't want to do a new roof again which would have cost as much as I paid for the steel.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- This company although smaller is far better the the big guys they need to do nothing to improve them self's
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Don't think the big guys are better as I found out they don't care as much about the little guy like me.
