Fantastic Service! We needed a leaky shower tap fixed along with the handle. Anthony Petrauskus came in with a glowing smile and an even brighter energy about him. You could tell he enjoys his job and the interaction with his customers! He got down to business right away and took the time answer any questions we had with a little humour along with it. It was our first experience with Mr. Rooter and now we are lifelong customers (took the membership as well). I would highly recommend them. From the initial call Mr. Rooter has it right. I hope you get Anthony to help you with your plumbing issues because there are no issues when he steps through the door. He made sure the job was done right. He even ran out to grab a replacement handle because we didn’t have the car with us. We felt like a friend dropped by. Now that’s great service above and beyond.
