Steve returned my call within half an hour of my initial enquiry- this prompt response was truly appreciated. He arrived on schedule and reviewed several repairs we needed to have done, then got right to work. The replacement parts he used were superior to the original parts he had to remove and, in addition, he offered us some great advice on how to get a defective kitchen faucet replaced by the manufacturer!
