About a month ago I was in the market for a furnace. I was receiving multiple quotes. I called a sales rep by the name of Patrick Porzuczek. He was referred to me by a collegue. I was much amazed by the professionalism and how mch he new about furnaces and guided me through the whole process. I told him I was having 4 quotes and some much lower then his. He never once talked bad about competition. He walked me through a presentation showing me there is a lot more to this purchase then just a name on the furnace and a cheap price. Reliance home comfort is a top notch company. As he promised and explained to me about the installation, properly sized my home, and delivered on every part as he told me he would. I was a skeptic and I need a furnace because I had no heat. Congratulation Reliance you earned my business and I have been refering Reliance and Patrick to my friends and family.
