Goeman's is thrilled to take your money, but when it comes to "lemon" appliances, it takes a lot of fighting to even get them to send a repair person. We received a damaged refridgerator and they were not will ing to take it back. We will NEVER shop there again!

As mentioned please free to contact our service department to discuss further. Also, in regards to a “lemon” this is generally classified as a unit that is not functioning. At the time of delivery a consumer has a right to refuse something that is not up to their standards, you would have signed off on a form indicating no damage was seen. Certainly if something is reported to us within a reasonable time the manufacturer will send a servicer out, our service department would arrange this for you.
