Goeman's is thrilled to take your money, but when it comes to "lemon" appliances, it takes a lot of fighting to even get them to send a repair person. We encourage you to contact our service department to discuss this situation further. There are many factors when it comes to cosmetic damage, was this reported within a reasonable time frame? As mentioned please free to contact our service department to discuss further. Also, in regards to a “lemon” this is generally classified as a unit that is not functioning. At the time of delivery a consumer has a right to refuse something that is not up to their standards, you would have signed off on a form indicating no damage was seen. Certainly if something is reported to us within a reasonable time the manufacturer will send a servicer out, our service department would arrange this for you.
